Rockhard Clear Coat T900 is a solvent-based flexible clear topcoat that protects vinyl flooring and other soft substrates. This wear-resistant coating system creates a thin and durable quartz layer. This is mainly for vinyl flooring, linoleum, and vinyl composition tiles.
