The X-TOP 8000 Low Odor Polyaspartic Garage Floor Topcoat was designed as a two-part system with an impressive 83% solids content. In addition to complying with VOC standards, this product is environmentally friendly and emits minimal emissions. It's made specifically to be used as a UV-stable floor topcoat containing aliphatic polyaspartic polyurea.
Its exceptional ability to elevate your garage floor's appearance is among its many features. As well as its good looks, this topcoat provides long-lasting durability and protection against various chemicals, ultraviolet radiation, and solvents. For high-traffic areas and demanding environments, this polyaspartic garage floor coating exhibits excellent physical properties.
